Lowell, being blind and keep building is very noble. I did the same in the beginning and built a fantastic team. Globalverge in my opinion was a dress rehearsal for the real deal which is about to launch and explode. There are real phones which can really be ordered and best of all our company embodies the mantra of “helping others” instead of causing them grief such as GV. Thanks for the forum Scott. I can’t do a comparison of how each of the companies stack up against each other. However, I can write about what eventually attracked me to Global Verge.

* Is the cost to get involve attractive for the masses?
* What are alone products and service w/o the opportunity
* Products that people don’t have to be sold?
* Who’s running the show? Leadership
* Does the comp plan truely reward team building?
* Can I earn residual income without sponsoring one person?

From a positioning standpoint I’ve never looked at the other NWM companies as competition. I position Global Verge against Verizon, ATT, and Sprint.
From a bizop standpoint I leverage my personal relationships. I ask “does your phone carrier send you a bill or a check at the end of the month?”
I also like the fact the Global Verge is an infant and that scares away would be reps. If you can see the bigger picture, you jump in and start building. I see all of us FDI, Buzzurk, 5 Linx, ACN and any newcomer siphoning business away from the multi-billion dollar carriers. Not so much from each other because of the power of our relationships. I think there’s room for all in a 4 trillion dollar industry. Besides, the big carriers are still going to make money wholesaling to us anyway.

Global Verge has a boatload of challenges ahead. Me… I’m blind to it. I just keep building.

Hi Scott,

I am not with any of these companies but I liked what you said in your blog. I just wanted to mention that ACN maybe the first one of the companies that are still in business but Excel was definitely the pioneer that ACN followed.

Not even saying that Excel was better, just first.
