TVI Express – How Long Before It Gets Shut Down?
TVI Express also called Travel Ventures International is raising concern among people in the network marketing industry. This latest and greatest U.S. launch offers a taboo pay plan where you only pay once and continue to make money over and over again. It sounds like a dream come true but will it pass the test of U.S. authorities?
TVI Express is a London based company that runs a travel club where members are rewarded with discount vacations and other travel discounts on services such as airfare and rental cars. All that is necessary to join the club is a onetime fee of $250 and if you bring other people into the club you can earn up to $15,000 time and time again.
The matrix takes some time to figure out but basically you complete several travel boards by your efforts and the efforts of people above and below you. Once you complete a full cycle you earn $15,000 and are placed back inside the matrix to build again. When your followers complete their cycle they in turn get placed under you again and the whole thing starts over.
TVI is a classic example of whoever gets in first makes the most money and the people who come in last are left holding an empty bag. Several TVI Express reps have called me and tried to convince me to join them. They were even bold enough to say that if I got in quick I could make some money before it gets shut down. I’m sorry but I steer wide of anything that even appears fraudulent. I personally know someone who has already made $10,000 with TVI but he is on the verge of destroying his credibility if he continues. It simply is not mathematically possible for everyone to make money in TVI Express.
TVI does a great job making everything look legit but don’t be fooled. They strategically place pictures and quotes of prominent people such as Warren Buffet on their web site. One new recruit even believed Warren Buffet was in TVI. I wonder was he told this or did he just think Warren Buffet was in TVI because he saw a picture of him on the web site with the following quote? “The Best Investment I ever made…” You will also see Bill Clinton, Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump seemingly promoting TVI Express.
Another red flag is TVI Express does not accept credit cards. You have to wire the money overseas to their bank account. Come on people really? Don’t be so desperate for money that you will believe whatever you’re told. What if you decided you didn’t want to be a travel member after you wire over $250? What if you don’t get what is promised to you? Do you have any recourse? Can you get your money back? TVI Express is definitely raising some eyebrows.
There is no such thing as easy money. Earning good money takes hard work. It’s sort of a law of nature. There are plenty of good and legitimate companies out there. Use caution when trying to make a quick buck because what if it is you left with the empty pockets.
Learn The Coveted Online MLM Marketing Strategies I Use To Dominate In My Business!

I have cycled out of the Express Board 3 times @ $15,000 a pop. Should happen again in about another 17 days, which will make a return of $60,500 Tax Free, for an investment of $250 all in the space of about 11 weeks.
So show me where you can get that ROI with any other IM program
Scott,You obviously don’t know what you are talking about. Scott, check out my sight. My upline,Kathy,is about to jump out for $10,000 plus $5,000 in travel vouchures. Her up-line Bev, has made $30,000 cycling three times and has had $14,000 residual income within less than 3 months. I’d be glad to help you get there too!!! :0) Sometimes seeing is believing! Scott don’t miss out….Lori :0)
Christian do you really believe you are getting paid tax free? What you don’t live in the U.S.? Just because TVI doesn’t ask for your SS# doesn’t mean the money is tax free. BTW any U.S. business is required to issue a 1099 and that means they need your SS#. Man you are going to have the IRS knocking at your door. I hope you didn’t spend all that cash.
Lori,
I give TVI another 30 to 60 days. They are becoming a joke in the MLM industry. Remember my words. Hopefully you will make your money back before they shut down but I feel bad for all the people who won’t.
Good post Scott. History seems to repeat itself: http://www.mlmwatchdog.com/RC_Scam_Pyramid.html

I cycled thru the 1st board and doubled my money in 4 Days! I’m on my to to the 10k, so I’ll update on here once I see it really works!
There’s no doubt it works just that it can’t last. If 100 people put in $250 that’s $25,000. One person makes $15,000 and one person makes $10,000 that leaves zero for 98 people.

No one seems to realize that TVI is in the discount Travel business, not the matrix board business! They operate a booking site, on the order of expedia.com and others. How do you suppose expedia.com gets money? They get deals and kickbacks from hotels and airlines! And that’s where TVI will be making money, too. How much advertising does expedia.com do? Can you hear the jingle in your head? Have you heard their ads a zillion times? Can you imagine what they spend on advertising? How far would $10,000 go in an advertising budget? TVI is using what look like fantastic payouts to get people excited and position themselves in the market, and all by word of mouth.
Not everyone will cycle out of the boards, because some boards will get stuck with dead heads, and so some money will be made there, too. Should they complain? They still get a weeks vacation for $250. Much of that money will be going as residuals to people who have performed and created vital downlines.
Thanks Mary for commenting.
I understand your point but I can get vacation deals and travel vouchers for Free. Just like what TVI offers for $250. Every time I go to Mexico or on a cruise I fill out travel surveys and within months I have several free vacation offers. I also purchased a $60,000 timeshare for under $5,000 bucks by doing a little research. TVI is making money off of something you can get for free. Do a little research and you will see what’s out there.

Well, people here in Brasil are telling Warren Buffet owns the company:-)
I became happy to see another travel business was around, and tought that it was another australian 2 up.
Sad to hear that the company is employing a stupid pay plan.
Back to my Amway biz:-)
Bye
Ha that’s crazy. People actually saying Warren Buffet is associated with TVI. Warren Buffet purchased Pampered Chef.
Everyone has an opinion.
Fact is, TVI is progressing. They just announced the other day that solid trust pay is being used to accept credit cards.
They have released the corporate office addresses in Cypress and India.

I personally have made 35K cash in under 3 months. That includes residuals for the month of October and November. In addition, I have received 15K in travel benefits.
I have booked travel through my TVI control panel. I will have a video up on my youtube channel showing this. youtube channel is LivingLikeMike
The way the matrix works is simple.
Travel boards have 15 spots total with 8 spots on the bottom row. All new members get placed at the bottom row. After the bottom row is filled with 8 new members who paid $250 each, the member in the paid position moves off the travel board onto the bottom row of the express board and collects $500.
The same thing happens on the Express Board. The 8 spots on the bottom row get filled and the member in the paid position moves off and collects $10,000.
Ok let’s do the math.
Travel board = 8 spots on bottom row X $250 = $2000.
Every time someone moves off the top of the travel board to the bottom row of a Express Board, $2000 was generated in the bottom row of the travel board.
Express board = 8 spots on bottom row X $2000 = $16,000.
A total of $16,000 is generated every time the paid position on the express board cycles and earns 10k.
$16,000 minus $10,000 paid to express board cycle minus $500 paid to travel board cycle = $5,500 left over for the company.
In other words, the company pays out 65% of the board money to it’s distributors and keeps 35% as profit.
If you still don’t get it, call me and I’ll explain it further.
This is a referral business. You qualify to get paid only after you refer 2 people. Obviously if you sit and do nothing, you won’t make a dime. Why would the company reward those who don’t work? On the other hand, if you are willing to go out and spread the word and make sales, then you will reap the rewards that this pay plan offers you.
No, Warren Buffet does not own TVI LOL. He is just someone who has publicly made a statement about his investment into the network marketing industry and TVI is quoting him. Quit being naive people!
Bill Clinton, Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump are quoted on this page http://www.tviexpress.com/expert-watch.php simply to give credibility to the network marketing industry. They are in no way endorsing TVI.
When a reputable person makes a positive public statement regarding a industry, you can bet that companies within that industry will use their statements in their advertising. That is a marketing strategy! If you have done any studying about marketing then you will know this.
I find it amusing that the author of this article said, “You will also see Bill Clinton, Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump seemingly promoting TVI Express.”
People with any sense know that those people are just being quoted, and that they are not affiliated with or endorsing TVI, LOL.

Michael,
First I will start by saying I am now a Non-participating member of tvi. So, I speak from first-hand experience.
Just because you are getting paid does not make it legitimate. Will you be kind enough to share exactly how you got paid?
Did you turn your ewallet into vouchers and resell them? Cause that isn’t getting paid. That is tvi NOT paying you, it is you turning some typed words and numbers from your ewallet (that didn’t cost tvi a DIME) and turning it into evouchers to resell.
Surely you know that the $15k you claim you received in travel benefits, is really not travel benefits you can use freely.
That $5k you apparently received 3 times from cycling the express board, can only be used towards company sponsored events. This is not vacation benefits to be used where you wish to go.
Don’t mislead the public. It’s not nice.
As for STP, if anyone does any research on STP complaints they will steer clear of using them in any way at all. Not to mention tvi found a loophole with stp and credit cards as they don’t allow chargebacks/refunds. If you try to request a refund, they will charge you $100! Not to mention the fees are outrageous! Do some research before you go trying to tell people to use STP, please. What you find will enlighten you.
tick tock, tick tock,….
its just a matter of time (very short time) before it all goes down!
I know for a fact the FTC are currently investigating TVI because the way their running things are obviously illegal in the states.
What makes me so so sad about TVI is Allll the dreams and hopes they will be shattering in the process.
Some people have used their unemployement checks to buy multiple positions in the company only to get not a single cent from TVI. They have to sell their vouchers to get any money… (So, basically they have to scam others to get paid)
Wow!… That’s awful…..and very illegal.
I dont understand how some people don’t see that.
I dont understand it when people say , ” Come on! Its ONLY 250 dollars. You can gamble more than that in Vegas”
WRONG. Most people join TVI thinking it to be a legitimate home business and viable way to make an extra income. But, that facade doesn’t just cost 250 dollars. Its also, their hopes and dreams, other peoples, their name and reputation, and then out of desperation, some will spend even thousands, and then… TVI crashes!
All of it…for nothing. (well, accept for the tvi early birds that joined and owners)
At least with Vegas, people KNOW its gambling… they know what to expect. House usually wins. And plus, gambling is fun… there’s no work involved! Its all play.
I feel TVI is worse cuz some honest folks place all their eggs in this basket, and work their butts off… and then…. NOTHING.
That ticks me off to no end! ARRRRGGGG!
Awesome post Jazz!
The truth comes out a little at a time and TVI’s days are numbered. I didn’t know the FTC was currently investigating TVI Express. I too feel bad for all the people that got suckered in. It’s a shame.
While the naysayers are bashing it, I am paying off my debt and making money. Very few can actually do the math to figure it out, but its working with 500,000 plus members. And it will. If it were to implode, it would have done so at about 100 members.
Go ahead, bash all you want…but you will wish you had placed your negative efforts into working this program, instead of being a “internet knowitall guru”. I have no respect for bashers and do gooders. Despite your best “I am going to clean up the internet” efforts, people are joining TVI at a alarming rate and those in now will make money. The same law applies. The deadheads won’t make a cent, nor will they make a cent in any other program. That is their problem, not yours.
I actually love this program. Its cool.
I know tons of TVI members who have transferred their commission payments from their company wallets directly to their US Bank accounts using Liberty Reserve and more recently Solid Trust Pay. You do not have to sell vouchers to get to your cash.
There is no evidence that the FTC is looking into TVI and I am surprised that type of irresponsible discourse is encouraged on a blog like this. If you bother to investigate TVI’s offering even a little you will find a very legitimate product that satisfies FTC guidelines for MLM’s in the US and I hope that it is looked at soon so that all this wild speculation can be disproved and people who have invested in what is probably the most exciting home business opportunity to hit the US in many years, can go about the business of making money and building a future for themselves.
Again if you knew anything about the business at all and weren’t actually trying to promote your own agenda, you would have to admit that people signing up for TVI only have to introduce 2 recruits to the Travel Club to re-coup and double their initial investment (for most people this is taking less than 10 days) and even if they don’t do the very least required (2 recruits) and never progress through the boards and earn anything out of the compensation plan, immediately on joining they are awarded a promotional 6N 7D stay at a 3 to 5 star resort for 2 people worth way more than the initial $250 sign-up!
If you are going to present yourself as an MLM expert, at least make the effort to do your homework!
Thanks for the info. I was having flash backs of a similar program called Regenesis 2×2 that claimed no recruiting is necessary. TVI seems to betting on the failure of most people. My conscious wont let me join it sounds to good to be true. And I found that people are lying about the money being made also. Beware of smoke and Mirrors! House of cards!
Associe: http://www.tviexpress.com/edgarblouzi
TVI Express SCAM – Biggest Scam To Hit USA!
Ken Stewart – MLM Consultant
As someone with more than 25 years of experience in the network marketing industry and who
is considered an expert in the field, I am constantly approached by individuals promoting
various business opportunities, and I’ve recently become aware of a new program that could
end up being one of the biggest ILLEGAL, pyramid, moneymaking schemes to ever hit the U.S!
TVI is nothing more than an illegal pyramid and money game (a $250 “airplane ride” type
program) that has recently arrived in the U.S., which is being promoted by a company based
out of the U.K!
It initially began in China and India, and based upon its success in those 2 countries, they are
now promoting this highly ILLEGAL pyramid as a legitimate business opportunity in 50 countries (they haven’t done the proper registration in any of those countries that I am aware of in order to legally operate as a network marketing opportunity), and if various regulatory
agencies in a variety of countries take prompt and decisive action, hundreds of thousands to a
few million people are going to be “fleeced” out of hundreds of millions of dollars!
In fact, they are promoting that almost 400,000 people in various countries have joined since
January of 2009 alone-do the math! 400,000 people x $250 a person is $100 million they have
taken in, and that will be a drop in the bucket unless regulators in the U.S., the U.K., and other
countries take immediate and decisive action!
The program is promoted as a one time $250 expenditure through a gimmicky matrix type
structure with “boards” that mirrors the structure of many “airplane” type schemes promoted in
the past, only this time instead of just money exchanging hands, which would make it a blatant
illegal pyramid, they are hiding behind a $250 “travel package” in order to give it the
appearance of legitimacy, a $250 travel package that no sane consumer would purchase!
However, there is virtually no selling of the “travel package” to legitimate retail customers,
NON-BUSINESS participants, occurring!
Consequently, almost all of the commissions and
bonuses that are being paid are being earned strictly from the “sale,” and I used that word
loosely, of the $250 package from one distributor (business participant) to a new distributor
(business participant), which court cases have deemed to not be a legitimate retail sale as the
business participant is making the purchase in lieu of a business consideration, i.e., to make
money, so basically distributors (business participants) are receiving their commissions and
bonuses for doing nothing more than “headhunting,” being paid merely for the act of recruiting
of fellow business participants, which has been deemed illegal as it pertains to network
marketing and business opportunities.
There is no requirement of having to make a certain number of retail sales of their $250 travel package to a legitimate retail customer (a non-business participant) as a means to trigger their earning the commissions and bonuses on those they have recruited.
It is strictly just one big $250 money game based on recruiting participants. This is just the first of several legal problems for this illegal scheme.
In addition, regulators usually like to see at least a 3 to 1 if not 5 or 6 to 1 customer to distributor ratio in a legitimate network marketing opportunity.
In other words, at least 3 customers (non business participants) that have purchased the product being promoted to every 1 distributor who has signed up in the program. In this particular case, the ratio in TVI Express is probably 100 distributors or more for every 1 legitimate customer!
Using numbers provided by this company, they are claiming 400,000 distributors. Using even a
3 to 1 customer to distributor ratio, it would mean they would need to have 1.2 million retail
customers (non-business participants who have purchased the $250 travel package) to their
400,000 distributors.
Upon investigation, you would be lucky to find 1200 legitimate customers, let alone 1.2 million legitimate retail customers.
Furthermore, many people are earning an income for doing nothing more than “investing” their
$250 and finding 2 people to do the same! That’s it! No having to sell their product to a few
customers (non-business participants), no having to meet any minimal monthly performance
requirements, no having to do anything, just put your $250 in, find 2 people who do the same,
and you can make money!
In fact, this program meets the classic definition of a lottery!
They’re even encouraging people to sell their tv sets to raise the $250 if they don’t have it!
It is ILLEGAL money games like TVI Express that give legitimate network marketing programs a bad name!
In doing consulting work for new companies, I frequently have 2 prominent MLM attorneys involved, one a former well known Attorneys General and past President of the American Association of Attorneys Generals, and the other formerly lead international attorney for a major network marketing company for 20 years, and we are just amazed at programs like this one that seem to generate such massive growth…
Just goes to show 1) there’s a lot of gullible people in the world; 2) a lot of people aren’t
looking for a real business and prefer get rich quick deals; and 3) most people have no idea
what constitutes a legitimate program…

This this sort of takes on a mind all its own. If anyone really is honest with themselves and they do the math, all MLM is really stupid. You bust your ass to build someone elses dream. Period. I have joined the scams I am glad to say. I still do! Presently, I am involved with Jurak-10 years now a forced matrix-5 by 8, Vollara-was EcoQuest Intl-which was Alpine Air Purifiers-since the 1990’s, Neways-a uni-level which was Images in the 1980s-21 years, TVI Express-a few months, LifesMiracle-2 months a binary, Amigo- a 3 by 9 forced matrix-owners shut it down, NutraPower by Diana Hendricks-uni-level-she shut it down, Free Life in my old hometown in Connecticut-I am done with them, Tupperware-I am done with them, Pre-paid Legal-still a member since 2001 and still paying 20.00 mth to hope I get some business off my web site-it never happened-I never sold one membership, Lafayette Miracle Solutions-they sell Miracle 2 Soap-this is still the best soap available! I have left the company, TriVita-almost paid $20,000 to buy customers-some slick guy in Florida almost made me trust him enough to do it-I survived and did not-average products, HTE Americas-Interesting Company-humble ownership-more like a direct sales company- some are making 10s of thousands a month, IBuzzPro is interesting-I continue to feed the monster every month and have not signed up one, Shaklee-joined in 1972-never made money-ended up in the whole and the products were below average, Amway Corporation- I shoveled thousands in to products, “TAPES and BROCHURES and TRAINING MEETINGS” all a waste-no longer with them, Royal Body Care-now RBC Life Sciences just can’t seem to get it together-no longer there, Tried Tupperware with all the ladies-I can’t handle home parties, Nikken-marginal products at best but they get the folks to sign and spend!, Melaleuca-in and out 3 times since 1989-7% of your volume does not excite me, AIM-green products-nice people great service-but the ARE making money on marginal products, YH-International was an MLM that Hagiwara’s family tried to put together-nice people but they just could not get it off the ground-they got quite a few thousand dollars from me-they are now a part of Nikken-I am long gone.
I met with Glenn W. Turner in the 1970s when he was helping to sell a cookware plan that used Thermosentinel Brand Cookware. They are now out of business. What I learned from him before he went to jail was that you have to be a t the top of your game. You have to know what you are doing and that I did not.
Rich DeVos used to talk about the “Four Winds” of life and how we are moved by circumstances and situations that cause us to succeed or fail. His talks and tapes made millionaires, but in the end, the people made themselves millionaires by waking up to their true potential and then acting on it!
Dr. Shaklee in his older caring voice used to help people understand nutrition on his tapes and that was a part of the allure to keep us there.
MLM companies have to find a star to pitch their products-ie; Doctors, Scientists, Preachers, Lawyers and whoever else has the ability to control your emotions. Sometimes they use a hot chick with confidence to challege the men to find their true potential. Visa versa for the men duping women in to do the same.
Companies are using bogus science to build product lines that are below average, but who cares. People blow billions on make-up and things that make us “look good” and all that. Some ladies go to K-Mart or Walmart and buy lower priced lotions and potions and look fantastic! Other women to to Macy’s and all those places on Rodeo Drive and spend millions to have the look.
In the end folks, all people basically really want is to be a part of a work family that really cares for one another. People know that when they have to screw their neighbor or family mamber to make a few bucks, they have crossed the line. They have sold their sole to the Devil and then the process of being a super screwer really starts to kick in.
97% of al MLMers quit and move on to another addiction in MLM or quit all together or go back to drinking and drugging. These are sad statistics but they are the truth and no one person has ever written about it. People really can’t handle the truth when it comes to understanding the frailties of human nature.
I watched Steve Jobs of Apple last night and was moved by his introduction of the IPad. Here is a guy that has made millions and has faced death with illness. He announced that the company made over Fifty Billion Dollars in 2009. I was blown away. He told us how many millions of people around the world are using their products and loving them. This man cares and is very passionate about his company. His help on the phones are very honest and fairly well informed. He keeps pushing his people to excell at all they do. He “serves his customers” with something that makes sense. The price no longer matters. It is more a matter of getting the technology to as many people as he can. I am writing this on my IBook G4 that I bought as a refurb from another company. I added i gig of ram and it suits me just fine. I also purchased an IMAC which is the 24 inch. 1 and 1/2 years old and I am happy with it. Now he has made it BIGGER AND MORE BETTER!!!! Do I feed the addiction and waste my money on the latest and greatest? He has done a lot to touch the lives of millions of people around the world. He will forever be known as one of the greatest men to ever bless the business world. He is a true humanitarian, a great capitalist, a genius of great proportions and a caring heart. He has changed my life forever.
Bill Gates is a humanitarian now that he is doing what he does in Africa. Microsoft has pissed a lot of people off and they make it hard and expensive to get support for their products but htey continue to survive.
We are on our 2nd Toyota Prius, a 2007 model. No sticking gas pedal yet, still alive, but we have 50,000 miles on it and we average 47 miles per gallon because my wife is not fanatical about the gas flow and controlling how she accelerates. These two cars were paid of at a total of $60,000. The money is gone along with the gas in them. We have a lot of fond memories from where we went in these cars and I thing this is what really matters to us. Did all that money bring us a little joy and happiness? Yes and we are thankful. Previously I had 2 Toyota Coronas- both had blown engines. We also had a 1996 Rav 4 and it was good but for me, very uncomfortable inside on long 1500 mile trips, even thought we got out and stretched every 1.5 hours or 2.
We bought a triple wide mobile home by Skyline. This place was put together like a shabby shack. I have never seen such a pile of stupid mistakes. We have big bugs crawling in from underneath the home all over the place. I hate bug sprays and chemicals, but I do the best I can. So here is the picture. The lady originally paid $7,500 for the land years ago. Then they bought the model unit for twenty something thousand and they I bought it for $96,000 in 2004 before she got forclosed on. Saved her credit and I got the new headaches. We will carry on and deal with the warm weather and bugs.
So, you see, life is not always fair. People are sometimes out to hurt people because they need something because they do NOT KNOW HOW to get waht they want. I am still ignorant and continue to be hurt by new ideas and companies taking money from me. But, I have been in the “disgruntled place” where I was tetering on the edge of doing some very serious revenge, all over money and betraying my trust and abusing friendship with that person. You cross the line when you screw someone you know! Be very careful!
MLM is a deadly game and many times a big waste of time. Be sure you have a plan for yourself on how you want to make money. Find something you really like to do and try to excell at it. Millionaires are made every year all over the world. You can do anything that is good and satisfying as long as you put the needs of others first in your mind as you develop new products or services. Always put your personal needs first. Taking risks with your own money is fine as long as you do not burden anyone else.
As far as the FTC goes, they are burdened with not enough help. They do the best they can with the little bit of money they are paid and the money they get to operate. I want smaller government. When people complain that so and so screwed them, they say it is the job of the government to take care of them. When people can’t pay their bills, they want to government to pay them. When people lose their savings to some scummy investment firm, they want the government to bail them out. When the screwy investment firms screw up intentionally, the ask the government to bail them out and then they take all these fat bonuses and vacations with the government bailout money. When a man has sex with a single woman and leaves her pregnant, he runs away like a real man. Then the poor frail woman is stuck with a precious little life inside of her and she does not know what to do. Her family is ashamed so she gets a private abortion or kills the baby herself. Or she calls the government and asks them to help her raise the children born out od wedlock. Then we have the same sex marriages by people that just can’t get along with the opposite sex. Well, they want to be legally married to one another to enjoy the benefits married people get. Is that fair? Well, why not? But the government is asked to solve this problem once again.
So here is the point. What the hell happened to Common Sense? I am 55 and still alive. I find life and people to be a real study. I have made so many mistakes and bad decisions in my life. I have had sleepless nights over bad decisions. I had 3 vehicles repossesed. I have been evicted numerous times. I am on my second marriage. I still don’t understand how hormones affect women, but I do NOT like it. I eat a lot of vegetables and fruit. There is no meat in the house. I do very little dairy. I have completely given up on Christianity and church.
I am happy and in pretty good shape. I stay fairly busy. I have lots of hope for the people of our country and the world. I hope one day that all people will begin to work with one another rather than trying to dominate one another. Love and care for one another is really the glue that has the power to hold societies together. It is not and never was meant to be the job of the almighty government to run our lives.
We, out of ignorance, which means to ignore the problems, have created a monster that we now hate. It is NOT a conspiracy. It is a set of unfortunate events that have taken place because people just want to sit around and get high, get fat, get laid, get rich and get stupid and think that it really doesn’t matter anymore! It does matter and this is our world. Do something constructive to make it a better place. Make a happy life for yourself. Live simply and stay healthy. If you are sick, get better and then teach others how you got better.
I have never turned an MLM profit. I am hundreds of thousands in the hole. So what! I am stupid too. I am waking up! Hurray!
I am happy though.
“Take care” to everyone that reads this jibber jabber. Art.
So here is a posting from the mystery man above me. Think before you leap. Do your homework. Some call it Due Diligence. This is off a Blog.

Ty is right…
As a well known industry leader (in 2 opportunities prior to our current company my partner and I had combined teams of over 600,000 distributors and group sales of $2 billion, coaching numerous people to incomes of up to $1 million a year and more), I’m amazed at the number of people blindly jumping on the Efusjon bandwagon who are obviously new or not very experienced or knowledgeable about our industry, especially pay plans, and Efusjon is a perfect example!
The recent changes at Efusjon (several pay plan changes already) plus the fallout over the less than stellar performance of the much hyped “Facebook application” has caused numerous people to leave Efusjon. Here’s why:
1) Efusjon is less than 2 years old. 98% of new companies fail in their first 2 years! Furthermore, of the 30,000-50,000 companies that have launched in the past 6 decades, less than 100 have made it to the 10 year mark! You’re talking 1 company, on average, out of every 300-500 companies that launch surviving 5-10 years! One! That’s called luck! A fluke! No smart entrepreneur bets their success on luck! If you were looking to put the odds of success in your favor, you certainly wouldn’t choose a new, start up deal!
Of course, the “big lie” that is used to promote groundfloor programs is that it is those that are in at the beginning are the ones who make the big money, and that is the rationale for taking a high risk bet. There’s just one problem: It’s just not true! Most top income earners at the “old school” companies are not those that were in at the beginning. Many didn’t get involved until the 2-3-4-5th year or later!
2) Matrix plans do NOT work which explains the frequent changes at Efusjon! Of the 30,000-50,000 opportunities that have launched over the past 6 decades, only 1 has experienced any significant, long term success with a matrix pay plan-one, and that company has had to modify their plan on numerous occasions in order to keep their top leaders! Whenever something only works once, we call that a fluke!
Nobody in their right mind would get involved with something that has only worked once! (Owners looking for a short term cash grab like them because they know that their company is not likely to be around 2-3 years from now and matrix plans pay out less money than any other pay plan due to all the breakage that occurs, regardless of whether it’s a forced matrix, has compression, etc.)
Furthermore, the one particular company that has had some success with a matrix plan launched 25 years ago, when there were far fewer opportunities available. Today that same company probably wouldn’t survive 10 years. In addition, they’ve had to make numerous changes to their plan in order to retain their leaders, many who left anyway.
In fact, there’s hasn’t been one company in the past 10-15 years with a matrix pay plan that has generated substantial numbers, experienced long term success, and generated a large number of high 5 or 6 figure monthly incomes-not one!
No experienced or knowledgeable network marketing professional with an understanding of the history of our industry and compensation plans would ever work a matrix plan, no matter what typical wrinkle you add such as forced matrix, compression, or some other new fangled idea as they are notorious for breakage and pay out far less than other pay plans, which is one reason for the several pay plan changes made already by Efusjon!
Claims of massive amounts of potential spillover are further evidence that people have no grasp of how compensation plans works. Each level you go down in a matrix plan the less in potential spillover occurs, not more! It’s a basic mathematical fact! (If you want maximum potential for spillover, work a binary plan!)
Additionally, regulators consider matrix pay plans gimmicky and they’re most often associated with “money games.”
So far, Efusjon has made several changes in their compensation plan and I’ve got news for you-they’ll be making several more, it’s just a matter of time! Why? Because matrix plans don’t work!
Reasons #1 and #2 would be reason enough not to get involved with Efjusjon IF you were looking to put the odds of success in your favor! You’ve got the biggest strikes against right from the start! The odds of a new company surviving 5 years are 1 in 30-500 (talk about a long shot!) and a pay plan concept that has never worked! Nothing like virtually guaranteeing you’re going to fail than signing up in a new company with a matrix pay plan!
And then people wonder why 97% of people in our industry fail, never succeed, and never make money! It starts with making a smart business decision and putting the odds of success in your favor, not trying to beat the odds!
As if reasons #1 and #2 weren’t bad enough…..
3) The “Facebook application” has been one big hype job! In fact, Facebook itself is not real happy! Furthermore, driving traffic and attracting eyeballs is one thing-whether or not they stick once they sign up for the long term is another matter, and in fact, due to having a matrix plan, that virtually assures they won’t stick long term.
Many are already leaving! (If they knew points #1 and 2 above, they never would have gotten involved in the first place! You should always to try to put the odds of success in your favor, not try to defy history and the odds, which is usually a recipe for failure!
In addition, anyone can create an application for Facebook, just like you can for eBay.
Here’s 9 additional reasons why Efusjon people are moving to VEMMA and it’s Verve energy drink, which is a much smarter business decision:
4) VEMMA’s Verve Energy Drink is a Superior Product!
Verve has a higher ORAC score and a complete spectrum of 12 vitamins, 65 essential and trace minerals, antioxidants, Aloe Vera, Green Tea, and the amazing superfruit, Mangosteen, is supported by clinical studies, and recommended by leading doctors! In addition, Mangosteen is considered to be a superior superfruit to Acai as shown in Men’s Health magazine. Efusjon is NOT a full spectrum formula and has no clinical studies!
Verve is available in 8 ounce cans and 3 ounce shots with regular or sugar free versions.
Most exciting, we have recently launched an exciting product for children 2-12 years of age!
Finally, VEMMA has its own 70,000 square foot, state of the art manufacturing facility.
5) VEMMA Has Superior Value!
In VEMMA, the distributorship is FREE! Efusjon charges $30!
6) VEMMA Has Superior Recognition and Media Coverage!
Verve has just been named 2009 Product of the Year in competition held by a leading fitness/health publication whose judging panel included fitness pros, doctors, and anti-aging specialist and it’s now the official energy drink of 4 U.S. pro sports teams, a first in network marketing history!
In addition, it’s been featured on the covers of and/or in such magazines as Success, Women’s Fitness, Work at Home, Ms. Fitness, and others!
7) VEMMA Has a Superior Pay Plan!
Top distributors are earning up to $100,000 a month and more within 1-3 years, most having started part time and the best part is you only have to build 2 teams! Top incomes after 3-4 years are up to $2 million a year and growing! And the best part is in VEMMA’s distributorship is FREE (Efusjon charges $30) and in VEMMA you get paid weekly whereas in Efusjon you don’t get paid until the middle of the following month!
VEMMA is a rapidly growing, 5 year old international company recently featured on the covers of Success magazine and Direct Selling News, one of the industry’s leading trade journals! The VEMMA ownership and management team has already built one billion dollar network marketing company (the parent company of VEMMA). Who is more likely to build a billion dollar network marketing company-People who have done it before or those that never have done it? Common sense should give you the answer!
9) VEMMA Has More Countries to Market In!
VEMMA is legally operating in 50 countries, far more than Efusjon, with an emphasis on legally! Most MLM companies “fly under the radar” when it comes to operating in foreign countries.
10) We Have a Superior Team to Join!
My partner and I have 60 years of combined experience in network marketing, having built some of the largest, fastest growing and most successful groups in the history of the industry. In 2 companies prior to VEMMA, we built combined teams of more than 600,000 distributors, generated $2 billion in group sales, and helped numerous people on our teams to earn up to $1 million a year and more!
We’re now #3 top earners with the number one international group! Join a team with support, training, a powerful, online business building system, and leadership! You’ll be sponsored by and work directly with us!
11) Timing and Positioning
Here’s the best part! Once you’re positioned on our global expansion team, everyone we sponsor in any of 50 countries goes below you, positioning you with the opportunity to earn an income on their sales and on the 2 teams they develop, enabling you to primarily focus on building just one team! It sure beats having to build 3 “legs” or teams!
12) State of the art, web enabled websites with facebook and twitter application, blogging capabilities, and more plus advanced back office architecture with up to the minute details on your business.
13) VEMMA has a stronger story!
We invite you to take a FREE tour of our powerful, automated, online business building system, the industry’s most successful over the past 5 years. Who knows…while you’re on the tour, you might end up with a few potential distributors being placed below you, and if you decide to upgrade by the end of the current cycle, you’ll end up having them permanently below you should they decide to make a smart business decision and become a VEMMA distributor. Hi All,
All those of you who has joined TVI express thinking that it’s a UK based Co.; I got news for you. TVI Express is an India co. The owner is based in New Delhi. He happens to be my friends college mate.
All of u can do one thing. Find me the name of the owner mentioned in TVI express website. They won’t do that for sure coz they have projected TVI as a co. based in UK.
All the Indians who are in TVI express, beware of TVI Express. Your pay out comes in your E- wallet. how do u encash the payout. Do u have a facility to get paid by receiving chks / ECS? If u know just ask what happened to Skybiz, E-biz and Japan life in India. All of them closed down coz of the same reason. Be careful before building a huge network for it may collapse within a years time………
